  • How does this work?
    Items are ordered from our website with transparent pricing and quantities. The only additional charge is a $50 delivery fee which includes hand-picking your order, delivery, and stocking at checkout. Before you finalize the order make sure you fill out the form with your check-in date and property manager info so we can coordinate with them. Payment is processed at checkout and we take care of the rest. Don't worry if you missed anything we will always reach out if we have any questions.
  • What are the fees?
    There is a flat $50 delivery fee which includes us coordinating delivery with the property manager and stocking the order prior to your arrival. All prices on the website are current. There is an option to leave tip if you appreciate the service, but it is not required.
  • When should I order?
    We ask for 72-hour (3 days) notice before your arrival to ensure timely delivery. However, we are able to accommodate orders on short notice but cannot guarantee them during the high season. We're a friendly bunch, so reach out and ask! Our team will promptly reply.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We serve all of St Thomas island. If you’re staying here, we’ve got you covered.
  • What if I need to add to or change my order?
    Send us a message. We work to ensure your satisfaction.
  • What if I want items that aren’t on the website?
    Let us know what you're looking for and we will let you know when we find it and the price. You may request them on our Add On Items form or reach out by text. Let us know your preferred product, brand, and quantity. When you accept we will manually add it to your order. We then email an invoice with the total. This link will open Add On form
  • I'm not sure of my shipping address, what do I put?
    The most important pieces of information are: 1) Name of the Property Manager 2) Name of the Villa or Boat 3) Date of delivery We can always find and make a successful delivery with this info. You will be prompted to enter this in the form before Checkout. Addresses on the island can be tricky and sometimes hard to look up. On the checkout page you can use your home or billing address if you're unsure what to write.
  • I’m coming with a large group and I’m unsure how much to order for everyone. What do you recommend?
    Every group is different. We suggest an order with water, beer, liquor, juices, and soft drinks as well as some items for snacking or late-night bites such as mixed nuts, sandwich meats, chips, snacks, fruits, and even some pizza to go in the oven. If you have a grill, burgers and hot dogs are popular choices. Don’t forget the buns and condiments! For large groups, it's often easier to get a preliminary order of all the things you will need for the first couple of days, and then you can place a second order once you have a good idea of how much the group is eating and drinking.
  • Will you pick up an order I placed with another store and deliver it to me?
    Unfortunately, we don’t offer that service. Our provisions have to be ordered from the website.
  • Why should I choose Time Saver VI?

There is no need to take multiple taxis and visit numerous stores trying to find an item you want. With transparent pricing and a flat delivery fee, there are no games, gimmicks, or surprises on your invoice. If you plan on taking a taxi to the store, remember that they often have long wait times, can be expensive, and charge per bag when returning.   • Can I order if I've already arrived?
    We always do our best to accommodate same day deliveries. If an order is placed earlier in the day we can prioritize a speedy delivery. If orders are placed later in the day, we base it off of our availability. Worst case we can usually get it done first thing the following day.
