If you don’t have this information yet, you can still place your order. We’ll follow up by text if anything is missing.

Can I place an order after I've arrived?

We aim for same-day delivery whenever possible.

Early-day orders get priority.

If your order comes in later we almost always have it ready by the next day.

If you’re unsure of the exact address, that’s completely fine.

To help us coordinate delivery, please include:

The name of the property manager
The name of the property, villa, or boat
Your preferred delivery date

You'll be asked to enter these details when completing checkout.

Island addresses can be tricky, so you may also use your home or billing address at checkout if needed.

I’m coming with a large group and I’m unsure how much to order. What do you recommend?

Every group is different.

We usually suggest starting with the basics.

Water, beer, liquor, juices, and soft drinks plus a mix of easy snacks and late-night bites like chips, mixed nuts, sandwich meats, fruits, and even a couple of pizzas for the oven.

If you have a grill, burgers and hot dogs are always crowd-pleasers. Just remember the buns and condiments.

For larger groups, it often works best to place an initial order that covers your first couple of days. Once you get a feel for how much everyone is eating and drinking, you can place a second order to top up anything you need.
