Our payment processing services, including the use of Magic Pay’s POS Software, are licensed and intended for use only within the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
You may not access, use, or ship our payment processing services or related software from outside these jurisdictions without our prior written consent.

2. Export Controls and Sanctions

You may not use our payment processing services in, or from, any country or region subject to U.S. embargoes or comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to:

• Cuba

• Iran

• North Korea

• Syria

• Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine

• Belarus

• Russia

Our services are also not available to individuals or entities listed on U.S. government restricted party lists, such as the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, or any other applicable sanctions lists.
